North Park Village Nature Center

North Park Village Nature Center features a 46-acre nature preserve and educational facility, which are situated within the 155-acre North Park Village campus. The nature preserve offers trails that wind through woodland, wetland, prairie and savanna.

When you get to the street light at Pulaski and Ardmore and turn into the complex you will:

  • Go straight past the security office on your right and the recycling center on your left (at the same point, but you can't see the recycling center).

  • Shortly after that you will reach a 1 way street going to the left after a small courtyard, follow that street.

  • It will curve around to the right, follow it almost to the end.

  • Bikes - there is a bike rack at the end of the street to lock your bike up

    Cars - The parking lot is the last right before the street ends at the bike rack, you may turn into the parking lot and find a service road that passes a baseball field.  You have gone too far if you reach this point.

    Walkers/public transit - The nature center building is down a short path at the end of that road.

    Public Transit:

  • Peterson Bus to Pulaski - walk south to Ardmore Take a left into North Park Village and follow red line on map to the right
  • Pulaski Bus to ardmore - enter park, follow directions above or map to the right
